Our summer camp programs operate from 9:00 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday.
In service to families, before camp care is offered free beginning at 6:45 AM. After-care from 3:30 – 6:15 PM is available for $100 per week.
Bus Transportation is available for an extra fee. Please indicate if you are interested in transportation on the online registration form. After your online registration is complete, you can download and fill out the form below.

2025 Camp Tuition
$75.00 Registration Fee: (Non-Refundable)
Registration for camp is offered in weekly sessions on a first-come-first-serve basis. In order to complete the registration process, you must submit all online registration forms and pay a non-refundable fee of $75 per child by credit card or e-check. The balance of all outstanding camp fees is due June 1. If payment has not been processed by then, your child will be removed from our camp roster. Balance payments may be submitted online or by check made payable to Merritt Academy. Parents may access their online profile at any time to make payments, obtain camp information or register their child for additional weeks.
Tuition includes the hours of 6:45AM-3:30PM, a light morning snack (served 7:00-7:45AM), lunch (except on some field trip days), an afternoon snack, supplies, trip transportation and entrance fees for field trips. Our aftercare option from 3:30-6:15PM costs $125 a week.
To make changes:
To make changes to your child’s schedule, such as switching sessions, please email our Camp Director. Changes made after June 1 will incur a non-refundable $45 fee per change.
To cancel:
Cancellation requests made before April 15 will be eligible for a 100% refund, not including the $75 non-refundable application fee. Cancellation requests made after April 15 will be eligible for a 50% refund, not including the $75 non-refundable application fee.
